Custom Illumiflaps Request Form​

Please fill out our Request Form to contact us about your design for your new pair of Illumiflaps. If needed photos can be emailed to frigidnorthcustoms@gmail.com after your submission.  Please check your inbox and/or spam folders. ​

There is a $20.00 non-refundable design fee before the design will be made. After clicking 'Submit' at the bottom of this form a pop-up checkout window will pop up. This form does not add anything to your cart. The $20 fee is part of your final purchase price. 

Illumiflaps are sold in PAIRS (left and right), if you would like mud flaps for all 4 of your tires you will need to purchase two pairs. Please contact us if purchasing 2 or more pairs. Our Illumiflaps are made of black rigid plastic fronts, with either black rigid plastic back or rubber backing, and your choice of one color LED illumination. Please see our disclaimer before purchasing.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Illumiflaps come in a variety of colors, within that it is solely the buyer's responsibility to read up on the laws in their own state about what colors are allowed on one's vehicle before deciding on illuminating color. What are the lighting laws in my state?

*Orange LED If the orange illuminating color is chosen, whether on or off the color of the design will be orange.

 

*Red, Blue, Green, Amber, and White illuminating colors will have a white design when off and illuminate the color chosen when purchased.

ILLUMIFLAP SIZE DISCLAIMER

All our mud flaps are designed as universal to fit MOST vehicles. This does not mean they will fit every vehicle, It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify the size they choose will work with their vehicle. Illumiflaps are nonreturnable.  Please see View Mud Flap Layouts to verify sizing before choosing.

For Dually sets to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to extra shipping fees. 

Trucks, and Dually flaps are free shipping for the contiguous United States.

 RETURN POLICY

For the reason that our Illumiflaps are all custom ordered for each individual, we are unable to accept returns. Unless there is a manufacturing defect on the construction of the Illumiflaps within the first 6 months or if there is a defect with the LEDs within the first 30 days, we can not accept returns. For warranty questions please refer to our limited warranty.
