Red, Amber, Green, and Blue are our standard colors. If one of these colors are chosen, your design will light up in that color when ON and when OFF the design will be white. 

Orange*  If the Orange color is chosen, your design will light up in Orange when ON and when OFF the design will still Orange in color.

IMPORTANT NOTE: it is the buyers sole resonsibility for the Illuminating color they choose.

Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to Illumiflaps, and only for Illumiflaps, purchased from Frigid North Customs.

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty does not cover the LEDs for the Illumiflaps, as they are tested multiple times before they are installed and again tested before the final Illumiflap is mailed. Frigid North Customs is not responsible for damage done to Illumiflaps during the installation with improper voltages. During the Warranty Period, Frigid North Customs will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Frigid North Customs will either repair the Illumiflaps at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

The Warranty Period for Illumiflaps purchased from Frigid North Customs is 180 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Illumiflap or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Illumiflap or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by the LEDs, our Illumiflaps are testing multiple times before they are sent off to each customer. This Limited Warranty will not cover damage caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at frigidnorthcustoms@gmail.com to let us know the issue. The Illumiflap will also need to be mailed to Frigid North Customs at the customers expense for us to verify the problem.  

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. There is a 6-month manufacturer warranty on the construction of Illumiflaps. There is no warranty on the LEDs, they are tested multiple times before leaving our shop. Please contact at frigidnorthcustoms@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
